Career and Technology Centers

Berks County is well served by two outstanding technical education institutions: Berks Career and Technology Center and Reading Muhlenberg Career and Technology Center. Both schools have a long history of excellence in preparing students for careers and in providing students with bountiful opportunities beyond the classroom.

Representatives of business, industry, and higher education maintain close relationships with the schools to ensure progressive, relevant curricula that meet the needs of area employers and allow for partnerships and articulation agreements.

Reading Muhlenberg Career and Technology Center serves students of the Reading and Muhlenberg school districts. Berks Career and Technology Center serves students of the other 16 school districts in Berks County.
