Breakout sessions presented by Berks County school teams

TARGET AUDIENCE - High school and district staff

COST - $15 per person; lunch is included.

The day will begin with a general session about Keystone Exams presented by Rich Maraschiello of PDE.

Following the general session, five time slots will give attendees ample opportunity to attend the breakout sessions of their choice. In the breakout sessions, teams from Berks high schools will outline the issues they’ve encountered, the tactics they’ve employed, and the lessons learned.

  • Visit the resource room to see demonstrations of helpful Web 2.0 tools.
  • Gather as a school team in a space provided for you to discuss what you’ve learned and to plan next steps.
  • Learn about: School Climate, Co-Teaching, Secondary RtII, Community Service & Internships, Literacy Design Collaborative, College & Career Readiness, PSSA/PVAAS Growth, Technology Integration, Resource Room – Web 2.0 Tools.
